Organised, regular site walk-throughs will give you peace of mind that every detail is exactly as you pictured it. Photographs will also be taken throughout each stage, providing a unique opportunity to share the experience with your family and friends.

At all stages you can communicate directly with the builders, Allan and Ryan. They will be personally supervising your build, and be available throughout your entire project, ensuring every aspect is built to perfection.

THE TEAM
FATHER
& SON
ALLAN GREGORY
Allan first started building with his father in 1974. He soon built his own reputation as a top quality craftsman and developed his business AD and JS Gregory Builders which soon came to specialise in boutique homes.
Allan is an outdoors man at heart and takes every opportunity he can get to go camping and fishing.
Allan’s love for timber extends beyond working on houses. He is a keen wood turner and has recently begun milling his own timber.
Allan has a unique skill set and he prides himself on passing on as much knowledge as can to the younger generations around him – both on the building site and off. Allan has spent many years working with young children, from running children’s camps and youth groups, to running woodworking stalls at local markets.
Today Allan is still on the tools, specialising in feature carpentry and project management. But more than that he is a mentor to our team. The pride he takes in every task, no matter how big or small, is matched by no-one.
RYAN GREGORY
Ryan developed his love for building by working with Allan during the day while he went to night school for Sound Engineering. He soon realised that he had inherited his fathers love for timber, and his carpentry work quickly surpassed sound engineering as his true passion. In 2005 Ryan made the decision to enter the industry full time.
Ryan’s love for technology and systems saw him taking on more of the management of the business and in 2011 Ad & Js Gregory Builders officially became Gregory Builders Pty Ltd with Allan and Ryan as shared directors.
Ryan introduced systems and software solutions that saw the company grow from a father/son duo to a family owned company with a brilliant team around them.
Ryan’s passion for great design saw him contributing to the interior design of many of their projects and since 2017 Ryan has been furthering this unique skillset. Gregory Builders now offer a complete Interior design and 3D modelling service to complement their offering.
Like his father, Ryan has a love for the outdoors and spends a lot of spare time camping and hiking. He also enjoys working with the younger generations and is currently serving as the chairman for a local children’s camp – Somers Camp.
